Welcome to POBRO, the exciting picture-based math puzzle game that provides endless entertainment and helps improve your math skills! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and POBRO ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the POBRO mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

One of the unique features of POBRO is that you can enjoy the full gaming experience without creating an account or providing any personal registration information. We believe in keeping things simple and accessible:

• No email registration required to play
• No username or password creation needed
• No social media login obligations
• Instant access to all game features upon download
• Your game progress is stored locally on your device

This approach ensures that you can start playing immediately while maintaining your privacy. However, please note that since data is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing app data will result in loss of your game progress and any purchased items.

POBRO offers a comprehensive math puzzle experience with the following features:

• Picture-Based Puzzles: Solve math problems by analyzing beautiful images and performing calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Three Difficulty Levels: Easy (answers up to 100), Medium (answers 100-500), and Hard (answers 500+) to suit all skill levels
• Timed Challenges: Each question comes with a 12-second timer to keep the excitement high
• Random Question Order: Questions are shuffled randomly each game session for a fresh experience
• Hint System: Get helpful hints when you are stuck on difficult problems
• Skip Function: Skip challenging questions and move to the next one
• Progress Tracking: Monitor your game history and performance statistics

POBRO features a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be used within the App:

• Coins can be purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store
• Coins can be used to unlock hints (5 Coins per hint) and skip questions (10 Coins per skip)
• All purchases are processed through Apple's payment system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users
• Purchased Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law

By using POBRO, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of entertainment and educational math practice
• Not attempt to hack, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit the App in any unauthorized manner
• Not use any automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Take responsibility for maintaining the security of your device

All content within the POBRO App, including but not limited to:

• The POBRO name, logo, and branding elements
• All images, graphics, animations, and visual elements
• Game mechanics, algorithms, and software code
• User interface design and layout
• Sound effects and musical compositions (if any)
• All text, documentation, and written content

are the exclusive property of POBRO or our licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that may result from your use of the App.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POBRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Significant changes may be communicated through the App or other means
• Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
• We are not obligated to provide refunds for any unused virtual currency

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and POBRO regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
